Anyone guilty of TMI on a first date? It’s time to reframe rejection. The older I get the more I realize how important it is to play. It’s inevitable that sometimes we feel hurt, upset, disappointed in our relationships. We all want to look good, feel good and be our best selves when looking to attract a great partner. Nurturing your nervous system and learning to down grade is non negotiable for us humans. Stop trying to blend into the background. The most important relationship is the one you have with yourself.
