Jaime hosts monthly workshops in Toronto and Thornhill.

02/06/2019 Trust Yourself @ STAPLES Studio  . This is a FREE event. Learning how to trust yourself is one of the most valuable developmental tools one can possess. Trust is the foundation in any healthy relationship, and it starts in our relationship with ourselves first. Sometimes we stew over things for a few hours, or days, or even weeks – depending on the weight of our decisions. How can we start functioning from a place of knowing instead of fear? Can we fully step into our choices without hearing the constant chatter of self doubt or criticism afterwards? How can we fine tune our decision making skills and learn to connect to our intuitive inner compass? With practice and patience we can all cultivate more trust within ourselves over time which will strengthen any external relationships, personal or professional. When we fully trust ourselves we feel more confident in our knowledge, skills, and our ability to make good decisions. We will likely have less stress, and feel more secure and anchored in our truth. This workshop is designed to empower you by strengthening your self confidence, and learning to trust yourself. What to expect: A conversation around trust. Mindfullness & self reflection time. A short moving meditation where you will be asked to stand for 15 minutes if that’s comfortable for you. If you are someone that likes to write things down bring a journal.

02/08/2019 Octomassage and cuddle party @ The healing den 8:00 pm – 11:00 pm. Octomassage is an exercise in practicing consensual, non sexual, compassionate touch, as a means for personal growth and potentially group healing. Jaime will share some tools for offering, and receiving touch, to discover your personal boundaries through this practice of give and take. What to expect: An exercise in non verbal communication, and active listening. A short chat on consent and boundaries. Some guidelines on taking care of yourself and then the practice of compassionate touch. Octomassage is more like group reiki (energy healing) a way to offer and receive platonic love from one being to another. Something we all need more of in our lives. $15-$20 Sliding scale

03/01/2019 Couples Sensual Thai Massage @ The healing den 8:00-10:00 pm. Explore the art of touch & non verbal communication as a tool for building intimacy between you and your loved one. Embody pleasure and allow yourself to give and receive without hesitation or insecurity.

This workshop is designed to empower you to give and receive the gift of sensual Thai inspired massage. Touch is the first of our senses. It’s intuitive and primal. Unfortunately most of us were taught from a young age to use our words and keep our hands to ourselves. There’s so much to be gained from embracing our tactile senses, in particular more positive interactions in relationships and a deeper sense of connection to your loved one and yourself. $90 per couple. Space is limited to 3 couples.

03/24/2019 Moving Into Stillness with Sound Journey @ The healing Den 7:00-8:30 pm Meditation is a proven method of managing the stress of everyday busy city, life. Moving meditation is a playful and accessible way to get out of your head and into your body. It’s more approachable then a traditional seated meditation where you’re just expected to clear your mind and be stoic.

This experience is influenced by Osho’s Kundalini meditation. The practice will include shaking, intuitive movement, stillness and rest. Through this meditation we can soften our protective outer shell, and release repressed emotions and manage stress.

Combined with the powerful vibrations of live sound healing instruments, this practice supports the nervous systems parasympathetic response. It allows us to drop deeply into a rest and repair state, where the body can rejuvenate itself at a cellular level.

This is an essential practice for feeling nourished and vibrant. If you haven’t yet experienced moving meditation this will blow your mind.

Cost: $35 you can purchase tickets at
